by Katy Richards (Author)

Understand What Depression Really Is And How To Get It Out Of Your Life With These Powerful Tips Today!

We have to understand that depression is temporary. It can be really hard at times and we often feel like we're stuck in a black hole and that it will last forever. Understand that, that even if we feel that way, don't always trust your beliefs. They are sometimes trying to protect you in a way that is truly not helping. Always be skeptical about these beliefs that you are depressed.

You may be experiencing depression right now, but you are not your depression. You are like the sky and depression is like a cloud, it comes and goes. Clouds are sometimes black, sometimes white. Sometimes they are all over the sky while there are days where the sky is all clear. The important thing to remember is that they always come and go. Even though it seem like they are the sky, they are not, otherwise, when they would go, the sky would go too, but that's not what happens. You, no matter what, will always be there and you owe it to yourself, the captain of your ship, to get depression out of your life. Realize that you might not be always in control of what happens to you, but you always control how you react to what happens. I want to congratulate you if you are reading this; it means that you are taking steps in the right directions. This book shows you the strategies which will help you to claim back your happiness once and for all.
