Writing with Blood - Paperback

by Dolores Lane (Author)

After the events of Painting with Blood, Jane Meyer once again finds herself alone, bound to fight her own battles.

One moment, she had everything. The next, she had nothing at all.
Sergeant James Ambrose spends his days doing his best to move on from the woman who shattered his heart, but that's proving to be a difficult task when the circumstances bring her back into his life.
Alex Walker is on the run, forced to leave the love of his life behind. A new job opportunity arises, one which he never could have envisioned for himself. A dark and criminal organization wants his skills, and he has no choice but to comply.
When an enemy from Jane's past comes knocking on her door, neither James nor Alex is there to protect her. Fate never seems to be in Jane's favor, no matter how badly she tries to fight against it. She knows that if this man gets his hands on her, she is in for a destiny far worse than death.
When both men discover that the woman they love has been taken, they each find themselves in a race against the clock. The question is-who will find her first? James, the best homicide detective in Hunterville... or Alex, the serial killer, who now has a powerful group of skilled soldiers in his corner?
Will they be on time or will Jane have to save herself?
