Wooly Willy's Baaaa Humbug Christmas - Paperback

by Marcia Camp Johnson (Author), Laura Thompson Lamb (Illustrator)

In this delightful and colorful children's picture book, Wooly Willy is a sheep living on a farm. He gets very upset when the Christmas season arrives. He makes all his barnyard friends miserable with his angry attitude. All he can say to their happiness is "Baaaa Humbug." Henrietta Hen leads the barnyard friends in showing Wooly Willy why the other animals have so much joy at Christmas. Willy struggles to understand why he should be happy like his friends. Then one day something magic happens and Willy does something very special, to the delight of all his barnyard friends.

The Christmas season is so hectic that often the real reason for Christmas gets lost in the hustle and bustle. Sadly, children get caught up in the stress and pressure too. This book is perfect for parents, teachers, and caregivers to help young readers ages 2-8 understand the true meaning of the Christmas season, and the importance of giving rather than receiving in honor of the birth of Jesus Christ. A wonderful Christmas picture book.
