What The Fear Is Going On - Paperback

by Rashun Faust (Author)

As a leader who has navigated both the corporate realm as a CFO and the spiritual realm as a Senior Pastor, I've discovered that fear doesn't discriminate between boardrooms and pulpits. My own journey through molestation, corporate advancement, ministry development, and being a first-generation success carrier has taught me that most leaders aren't just battling fear- they're battling fears they don't even recognize.

What started as my personal struggle with the fear of success, hidden trauma, and the weight of breaking new ground in my family became a divine assignment to help leaders understand what the fear is really going on in their lives. Through my own testimony of doing it scared but doing it anyway, I've learned that being fearless isn't about the absence of fear - it's about the presence of courage in the face of it

This book isn't just any other teaching about fear; it's a prophetic manual for leaders who are tired of negotiating their identity, questioning their authenticity, and limiting their impact because of fears they might not even realize they're carrying. Whether you're in ministry, marketplace, or both, this work will help you identify fear's subtle disguises, break its hidden patterns, and step fully into your divine assignment.

It's time to stop asking 'What the fear is going on?' and start walking in the fearless authority you were created to carry.
