What Happens When You Say "Yes Lord" - Paperback

by Carlis L. Moody (Author)

What does it mean to say "Yes to God"? Why should we say "Yes to God"? Solomon was known at the wisest man to ever live. In the book of Ecclesiastes, Solomon went through many challenges without God and concluded it was vanity or worthless. In the last two verse, Solomon draws his final conclusion; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 "Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." In the foreword of this book, Dr. Oliver J. Haney writes, "God has many requirements of all of us. This tells us that certainly we are God's own and God's world cannot exist without us. It also tells us that God's world and all of its programs need us to cooperate with God in order that they might be properly fulfilled, that is both to God, our creator and unto us." God indeed requires a response from us of "Yes"! From his very first yes in a little church in Tifton, Georgia, Bishop Carlis Moody Sr. has lived his life saying, "Yes, here I am," to the Lord's call. What Happens once you say yes, follows nearly every yes. As God's messenger, opening the journal to his personal experiences through this book, "What Happens When You Say Yes, the author shows readers the blessings in obedience; in doing whatever it is God calls you to. His story demonstrates... The benefits of saying yes; The struggles of saying yes; The blessings of saying yes; The favor of saying yes; The assurance of saying yes The author also gives a glimpse into the consequences of not saying yes to God.
