Vikingos! - Hardcover

by Vicent Carpentier (Author)

Attention, the Vikings are coming! Surely you already know that they come from the cold lands of Scandinavia and travel on their huge ships, the drakkars, with the head of a dragon. Great navigators and merchants, from the end of the 8th century to the beginning of the 10th, they roamed northern Europe, going up rivers and dominating cities. In this book you will learn about their customs, their gods, how they related to other peoples and you will also learn that they were not as barbaric as we think, since they were great lovers of poetry and storytelling, which they collected in works called sagas.
