Train Your Mindset: Accept No Excuses in the Game of Life - Hardcover

by Coach Gatlin (Author)

Excuses are so easy. That is why we use them. Training your mindset is a little bit more difficult. Every chapter in this book is titled after some excuse that many of us have used or thought about at some point in our life. If you do not open the pages of this book and dive in, you will miss out on jolting experiences and telling adventures of amazing individuals that will change the way you approach the next moment of your life. There are two halves to this book, similar to two halves in a game. The first half is filled with a variety of information, laughter, determination and stories to counter the excuse that the chapter is named after. The second half is filled with vivid pictures about Coach Gatlin's life experiences. The photos help bring transparency to each chapter, reminding the reader that it's not how you start, but how you finish that really matters. The pictures also help bring a level of authenticity to his powerful message of redemption, hope, focus, desire, and strong will; a will to win at the game of life.
