The World Hoax - Hardcover

by Ernest F. Elmhurst (Author), William Dudley Pelley (Introduction by)

The World Hoax by Ernest F. Elmhurst is a controversial book that challenges some of the most deeply ingrained beliefs of modern society. The author argues that many of the world's most cherished institutions, including religion, politics, and science, are nothing more than elaborate hoaxes designed to control and manipulate the masses.Elmhurst draws on a wide range of historical and cultural examples to support his thesis, from the ancient Egyptian pharaohs to the modern-day political establishment. He argues that these institutions have been carefully crafted to create an illusion of stability and order, while in reality they serve only the interests of a small elite.Despite the provocative nature of his claims, Elmhurst argues that his book is not intended to be a conspiracy theory. Rather, he hopes to inspire readers to question the assumptions and beliefs that underpin our society, and to consider alternative ways of understanding the world around us.The World Hoax is a challenging and thought-provoking book that will appeal to anyone interested in exploring the hidden forces that shape our lives and our world. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
