The Upside Down River: A Bob Wills Book - Paperback

by Robert L. Stave (Author)

Filled with humor, good luck, bad luck, and no luck, The Upside-Down River is a riveting ride with wranglers and an entertaining glimpse at Western life lived by the cowboy code.

When it comes to Bob Wills, most of the people in the town of Wickenburg, Arizona, know there's no crossing him or bossing him. A Vietnam veteran, a former Army Ranger, and a cowboy who is also a businessman, Wills lives the "cowboy code" and takes a no-nonsense approach to life. These days, he runs the Big Corral, Feed Store and Livery Station, where everyone ends up sooner or later to board and rent horses.

But when trouble shows its face in town, this rough stock rider is always game for having an adventure, giving someone a comeuppance, or solving a mystery in the Old West.

Readers looking for an authentic Western hero will find him in these adventures of a team roper and cowboy businessman.
