The TRISO90 Course: Advanced Strength and Muscle Building with The TRISOmetrics Exercise System. - Paperback

by Helen Renee Wuorio (Author), Brian Sterling-Vete (Author)

The TRISO90 Course is a demanding 90-day (12-week) elite strength and bodybuilding programme built on the formidable TRISOmetric(R) exercise system. Designed for those who refuse to settle for ordinary results, it delivers maximum muscle and strength gains through precision, intensity, and proven science.

The TRISOmetric system was created through pioneering research by Brian Sterling-Vete at Manchester Polytechnic in the late 1970s, then tested at the very highest level of performance sport. It was put into practice in the real world while coaching four-time World's Strongest Man Jon Páll Sigmarsson, supporting three of his four successful title defences. This is a method with a pedigree few training systems can claim.

TRISO90 is not a beginner's programme. It is a pure, no-nonsense strength and muscle-building course created exclusively for advanced trainers, athletes, and natural bodybuilders who want to achieve exceptional physical condition in the shortest possible time. By combining three proven, science-based exercise principles, TRISOmetrics delivers an intensity that forces rapid adaptation and growth.

Over the full 90-day period, the course progressively increases in difficulty, with routines changing every two weeks to keep muscles constantly challenged and responding. Clear instructional photographs with directional arrows remove all ambiguity, showing exactly how force and movement should be applied for maximum effect.

The TRISO90 Course is highly adaptable and can, if necessary, be performed with or without equipment. However, for the best results to unlock the system's full potential, we recommended the use of some minimum equipment including a screw-end adjustable doorway pull-up bar with foam handgrips, a pair of push-up handles, a length of thick (easy-to-grip) climbing rope, a strong padded footstool, a pair of Iso-Bows(R), a towel, and a stable wooden block that is about 1.5 to 2 inches high (3.81 cm to 5.08 cm), 2 inches wide (5.08 cm), and long enough so that you can easily position your feet shoulder-width apart if required.

If you are ready to commit to a disciplined, high-intensity programme with a proven elite heritage, TRISO90 offers a direct and uncompromising route to serious strength, muscular development, and peak physical performance.

An interesting and crucial footnote is that the National Health Service (NHS) Innovation Team in Greater Manchester, England, has successfully trialled and deployed the Workout at Work system for employees.

The authors, Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Renée Wuorio, worked closely with the NHS Research and Innovation Team to create a practical and effective system suitable for virtually anyone in any job.
