The French Method: Lose weight and live longer - Paperback

by Emeric Lebreton (Author)

Diet is normally a matter reserved for nutritionists, yet most people today already know what to eat to stay healthy. Everyone knows what they should do, but few people achieve it, but why? To put it bluntly, because our brains can't manage it. Diet is really a matter of psychology rather than just nutrition. Cravings, snacking, too much fatty and sugary food, all this piles on the weight and causes terrible illnesses. That's why it called for a specialist in psychology to look at this question and help the thousands of people struggling with excess weight to break the impasse. Emeric Lebreton is a doctor in psychology and an expert in the psychology of change. As part of his work in his Psy'Action(R) practice, he has helped, with the support of his team of nutritional therapists, hundreds of people to lose weight and achieve a healthy and balanced diet, thanks to innovative techniques that have proven to be effective. The method he proposes in this book is the result of his experience in supporting change and weight loss, but also his personal experience after losing almost 30 kg himself. But beware! This isn't a diet book, it's a book that will change your behaviour and habits for good. This book will change your life. If you choose to read it, expect profound changes in your habits.Emeric Lebreton is a doctor in psychology.
