Who am I? I am an average human being like yourself. Approximately three years have passed since I began making entries into this bizarre piece of literature. I promise that everything you encounter is genuine and has not been fabricated in the slightest. If you feel deeply affected by mental illness, this book will benefit you the most. Mind you... It is not just for people who are going through trouble. It is for anyone who is looking for an example of self-induced therapy. Yes, the majority of it is dark, raw, and sad. Many have even said that it is disgusting, but if you remain dedicated to absorbing its content, new perspectives shall unfold. What perspectives exactly? Cut back the fat and find out. There are many secrets within the CCCLXIV pages. Experience the tidbits of a starving artist's continuing recovery from severe anxiety, attention deficit, attention deficit hyperactive, bipolar, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Understand a young man's life through various experimental drawings, philosophy, and poetic short stories. Read about his first encounter with love. See the nightmares that haunt his dreams. Learn about the journey to self-discovery.

Fifty percent of all proceeds will be donated to charities that support suicide prevention.
