The Codependency Manifesto: Clearing the Way Out of the Codependent Mind - Paperback

by Lisa A. Romano (Author)

Liberate yourself from the tyranny of codependency.

When you are codependent, you are unconscious. You do not know that emotional neglect has caused your brain to believe life is a threatening reality. Instead of believing you are worthy of love, you feel unworthy of love. You do not make choices because they might bring you joy. You play it small, try not to rock the boat, people-please, and focus on what you do not want to happen versus what you would like to happen.

Now, awaken, understand, and learn how to confront the illusionary dragon that codependency is. If you are the adult child of an alcoholic, or have been raised by narcissistic or emotionally immature parents, your childhood conditioning may have programmed you to believe you are unworthy, incapable, and or not enough. Learn how raising your awareness of subconscious patterns can help you heal your life.

The Codependency Manifesto: Clearing the Way Out of the Codependent Mind blends science, psychology, and spirituality to approach healing and wellness from a wholistic approach. Author Lisa A. Romano is a certified life coach, best-selling author, radio-show host, and expert in the field of codependency and narcissistic abuse. Romano is also a recovering codependent.

She wrote The Codependency Manifesto to help bring about peace in the individual, with the hopes of having that individual then bring peace to their part of the world. She wrote this book out of a belief in human potential once awakened.
