Tender with a Twist - Paperback

by Annabeth Albert (Author)

He can't risk his hurting heart...

Curtis Hunt is known for his chainsaw wood carvings and his eccentric nature. His private grief over losing his long-time love has him adrift, but his body is still very much alive. He's restless. And inconveniently attracted to a younger chef looking to try new things.

Logan Rosner knows all about restlessness. It's what drives him to a sizzling encounter with the legendary local lumberjack. It was supposed to be a one-time thing. Only now he wants more. But exploring long-held desires might be a recipe for disaster.

Curtis knows better than to get attached to Logan's comforting cooking, easy smiles, and soul-soothing caretaking. But he keeps going back for seconds. A future together is scary, but losing Logan is downright terrifying. Can they take a leap of faith together?
