Systema Partner Training - Paperback

by Robert Poyton (Author)

We often think of exercise as something practiced alone, perhaps in a gym with specialist equipment.

However the Russian martial art of Systema has a wealth of partner and group exercises! This companion guide to our Systema Solo Training book explains ways to work with one or more partners for Core Exercises, Stick Work, The Human Gym, Focus Pads, Stretching, Massage and more!

Once again, we cover foundation level exercises that will help develop your strength, mobility and overall health and fitness - whether for Systema or any other activity! Slim-size book, easily put in your kit-bag, but packed full of photos and exercises.
