Stop: The Way to Begin - Paperback

by Marivic Quiazon (Author)

When stopping is the only way to begin again, it's a radical step to take. Life can be overwhelming. Social media and the curse of the rat race take us to a place in life where we do not intend to be. We are weary and tired of the every day routines which bring us nowhere. We go with the flow and at the end of our years, looking back, we have no idea where the time went! If you want a new lease of life, it is necessary to stop. You can be at the crossroads of life and you have paused your journey to consider which way you are going to take. Whatever choice you make will determine your life's destiny. What if you have already taken a course, a path which is taking you somewhere you never really wanted to go or become? STOP. It is a radical solution to begin again.

This book will both inspire and challenge you to look at your life and ask yourself "Am I living my life with regrets? Does my life mean something or am I too busy to even notice?"

Life is short and it is even shorter when we don't stop and take stock of what we are spending our years on.
