Shattered Souls (Everlasting Fire Series, Book 3) - Paperback

by S. J. West (Author)

As Helena continues to struggle against her nature, she must decide what's more important - gaining power for her domain or protecting the people she begrudgingly cares about. Before Cade entered her life, Helena never thought she would have to face such a dilemma, but she knows she'll have to make a choice and finally decide what matters to her the most. Liana formulates a plan she hopes will help Cal deal with what Hell is trying to do to him. In order for it to be successful, she'll have to enlist the aid of someone who betrayed her and convince him to do exactly what she wants. Now that the remaining rebellion angels suspect they know the truth about Cal's connection to Helena, they begin to search for him in earnest in order to force Hell to bend to their will. For eons, they've been searching for a way to make humanity suffer for taking their place as God's favorite creations. If they can force Helena to give them the power they feel is rightfully owed them, Anna and her War Angels might end up facing a formidable force not even they can defeat. As Helena's story draws to a close, will she choose to protect eternal love or decide to gain unimaginable power for herself? Only she can answer that, but her decision will ultimately decide the fate of both the living and the dead.
