by Noelle Russell (Author)

Implement AI in your organization with confidence while mitigating risk with responsible, ethical guardrails

Much like a baby tiger in the wild, artificial intelligence is almost irresistibly alluring. But, just as those tiger cubs inevitably grow up into formidable and fierce adults, the dangers and risks of AI make it a force unto itself. Useful and profitable, yes, but also inherently powerful and risky.

In Scaling Responsible AI: From Enthusiasm to Execution, celebrated speaker, AI strategist, and tech visionary Noelle Russell delivers an exciting and fascinating new discussion of how to implement artificial intelligence responsibly, ethically, and profitably at your organization. Responsible AI promises immense opportunity, but unguided enthusiasm can unleash serious risks. Learn how to implement AI ethically and profitably at your company with Scaling Responsible AI.

Front Jacket

Like a cuddly tiger cub growing into a cunning and formidable full-grown adult, the allure and promise of AI threatens to overshadow the real and substantial risks involved in its adoption. This is a powerful technology that deserves respect and careful planning, not a fad that can be implemented overnight to take advantage of some cool new bells and whistles.

In Scaling Responsible AI: From Enthusiasm to Execution, celebrated AI visionary Noelle Russell delivers an insightful and practical new discussion about how business and technical leaders should choose to implement artificial intelligence and what they should avoid in their quest for competitive advantage and improved revenue.

Russell walks you through concepts like model accuracy, bias mitigation, architecting at scale, and cybersecurity as she explains how you can incorporate AI into your company's business model while mitigating the substantial risks involved in this particular technology. You'll learn to navigate through the hype cycle and figure out how to separate fact from breathless fiction, distinguishing between what's real (and profitable) and what you can safely ignore.

Scaling Responsible AI explains how you can match great technology with solid, reliable leadership to unlock the latest advances in artificial intelligence--without unleashing many of the problems and pitfalls that bedevil less well-informed companies.

Perfect for managers, executives, board members, entrepreneurs, founders, and other business leaders, Scaling Responsible AI will also prove invaluable for AI, machine learning, and data professionals, as well as anyone with an interest in the future of one of today's most exciting and promising technologies.
