Ride Me - Paperback

by Britton Brinkley (Author)

Grayson Garrison could have been a world-famous bull rider. Instead, he spends his days proving to everyone around him he's just as good as his elder brother, Tate. A brother who has tried to step in as his parent his whole life. Tension remains thick between the two, and Gray is tired of fighting. All he ever wanted was to be a bull rider, and his brother stole that from him, too. With another Boulder Ranch rodeo season coming to a start, he braces for yet another contentious six months of being stuck in his brother's shadow. But everything will change when he meets the new rodeo doctor for the season.

Dr. River Thompson grew up in Cole County around the rodeo. Witnessing the countless injuries is what drove her to a career in medicine. All she ever wanted was to fix the broken bodies, so she became an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in sports and trauma. When an old acquaintance begs her to take over for him at the Cole County rodeo, it's the last thing she wants to do. Being surrounded by yet another group of men she'll have to prove her capabilities to for the six-month season is only going to drive her insane. Then she meets the pissed-off bull rider on opening night, and for once, she has nothing to prove.

Can two people who have spent their lives curating exterior images to combat their worlds let their guards down when there's no one to impress?
