The QuadBoss Part Number 565214 rear brake cable is a reliable replacement component designed specifically for Polaris Phoenix 200 models from 2007 to 2016. Crafted with high-quality materials, this cable features a black PVC outer sheathing that provides maximum flexibility and enhanced durability, ensuring it withstands the rigors of off-road and daily riding conditions. The pre-stretched inner wire is flared out before the terminal end and cast for superior pull-out resistance, delivering consistent and responsive braking performance. Molded rubber components utilize EPDM rubber, known for high UV resistance and longer service life, making this cable suitable for various environmental exposures. The EPDM rubber boots are designed with a tighter fit than OEM parts, providing superior water and dirt resistance to maintain functionality over time. This product includes essential hardware such as adjuster spring, nut, and barrel where applicable, facilitating straightforward installation and adjustment. It meets or exceeds OEM standards, ensuring compatibility and safety for your powersports vehicle.
