This ninety-day journal includes a treasure trove of wisdom from the Doctors of the Church and contemporary examples of holiness to help you strengthen your prayer life and grow in union with God.

By spending time each day with God's Word and sitting at the feet of the saints, you will enrich your personal encounter with the Lord. • Guided reflection questions and prayer prompts to foster conversation with God
• Traditional methods for meditation and directions for a daily examen
• Journaling pages, including quotations from Scripture and insights of the saints to ponder

As you develop a daily meditation routine and forge a pathway to deeper communion with God, you will be invited to consider how your relationship with the Lord is developing and the ways in which He is working in your life. You will also learn how to better perceive the blessings that come from your dedicated prayer time and more adroitly navigate the challenges that life puts before you.
