Author Biography

Jill McKeever is a cooking instructor, author and trained personal coach with a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation. In 2011, she watched the film, Forks Over Knives and decided she didn't want to grow old with poor health and live on prescription medications. She adopted a whole food, plant-based diet, dropped 30 pounds, and regained the energy to take care of her family and career. With her new, healthy lifestyle, Jill transformed right in front of her online followers. Today, Jill inspires and guides thousands of people seeking to transition to a plant-based lifestyle. You can find Jill on her YouTube channel, Jill McKeever, Simple Daily Recipes. She produces weekly live broadcasts and videos to encourage and inspire viewers with advice and tips on their plant-based journeys. She offers one-on-one coaching to motivated clients, guiding them to create and sustain healthy habits that lead to accomplishing their lifestyle goals. On a more personal note, Jill has been happily married for 20+ years to her supportive husband, Charles. They have two awesome teenagers and the sweetest Shih Tzu dog ever, Poncho. The whole family transitioned to live plant-based in 2011, well, except the dog. (They don't judge.) All Texas born and raised, they reside in Austin, Texas.
