Mismatched Luggage: Unpacking Your Sexual Baggage for Your Spiritual Journey - Paperback

by Dianna Ritola (Author)

Mismatched Luggage: Unpacking Your Sexual Baggage for Your Spiritual Journey takes the reader into the heart of what holds us back from being embodied in our full selves and fully present in relationships. Hint: It's that pesky baggage you've been holding on to.

If you ever feel that you are not "enough" or feel like you are constantly putting on a facade, Rev. DiAnna Ritola is here to assure you that you are not alone, and that in fact, this "baggage" we carry doesn't have to weigh us down.

What's in the bags?

• painful experiences and unresolved trauma
• assumptions about how relationships "should" work
• facades that hide our scars and wounds
• performance masks
• fear of not enoughness
• negative body image and self-esteem

That's some heavy stuff!

Rev. DiAnna Ritola uses personal stories to give insight into her own life and let the reader see into the bags she used to carry. She also shares client case studies to showcase the bags that many of us carry to remind readers they are not alone in their experiences or feelings.

As you embark on this journey of spiritual discovery and understanding your baggage, you will discover the ultimate goal of integrity, deepen your connection to divinity, learn about brain plasticity and recovery from trauma, and gain techniques for unpacking baggage and creating relationships based on your divinely human self.
