Living in the New Lemuria: Exercises, Practices and Techniques - Paperback

by Lauren O. Thyme (Author)

Living in the New Lemuria is designed to assist you in applying concepts from "The Lemurian Way, Remembering Your Essential Nature" into your life. You will have an opportunity to download information and practice techniques that the Lemurian Elders (also known as Ascended Masters) want to share with you. At the end of every Class Chapter, you will join in a group meditation located energetically at Mt. Shasta, a holy mountain in northern California that is one of the remaining sacred sites of Lemuria.Living in the New Lemuria is based on interactive classes Lauren taught on Zoom with people from all over the world joining in. This book is offered to those who didn't hear about the classes as well as others who are awakened and hungering for more.Since finishing the classes and as this book was being readied for publication, I came to some clear realizations as to why the Elders urged me to create classes, then this book, and YouTube videos of the book's spiritual exercises. They continued to stress that "time is of the essence," with not a moment to waste. Since 2011, we are in process of developing into a new species of human being, while the birth process is intense, painful, arduous and bewildering. This development is connected with the Divine and a Divine plan for humans. Gold Light, as used extensively throughout this book and on my YouTube videos, is highly instrumental in shifting one's consciousness and one's physical body into this new state of being. Spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, chi gong and aligning with spiritually minded others in unity and harmony accelerate the birthing of this new human.Working in and AS the quantum field helps us to align with the Divine. Quantum physicists are now realizing that our thoughts and attitudes shift our reality into something greater than our former selves and infinitely more positive."...when we are fully in resonance with the Ninth Wave, our lives will not be about running separate individual agendas, but about fulfilling an aspect of the divine plan for humanity." -- Dr. Carl Calleman, The Nine Waves of Creation"Within each one of us lies dormant abilities and extraordinary potentials far beyond what was believed possible in the past. New discoveries ranging from human evolution and genetics to the emerging science of neuro-cardiology and heart intelligence have now overturned 150 years of thinking when it comes to who we are, and what we're capable of...we've the technology we have been waiting for." -- Gregg Braden"Since the dawn of civilization, the idea of Heaven on Earth has been one of humanity's muses - inspiring and luring us home to a new possibility...most of the 7.9 billion human beings are worried about... where we may end up if we continue on our current trajectory. Fortunately, evolution has something else in mind. ... there are waves of evolution that have creational forces, activations and patterns that bring forth new potentials. As human beings, we can begin to access the kind of unity that moves us beyond our separateness, beyond light and dark creating an entirely new operating system...Patricia Albere, Evolutionary Collective"...evolution always proceeds by way of extreme crises that force the birth of a new species. We are in that savage process now and need to become spacious enough to contain within our consciousness two things we have never fully imagined before...a literal mutation of the human species will be influenced by three factors.... " Radical Regeneration, Andrew Harvey and Carolyn Baker"Unlocking your Quantum Powers to expand time, to experience "sustained fire" to keep you operating at your highest energy level; power to partner with the energy of the Universe, to expand and express your creativity without sacrificing your daily responsibilities, and to attract money, people and resources you need to move your projects forward and achieve the level of success you're striving for." -- Jean Houston
