In Live Your New Story, learn how to:

REFLECT

To know what you want, you must first bring awareness to who you are. In this stage, you'll begin bringing awareness to your beliefs, thoughts, and habits, by starting a journaling practice - expressing yourself on paper and getting to know your mind and feelings in this season of life.

EXPLORE

To get different results in your life, you must be open to trying new things. Getting outside of your comfort zone and challenging your own ideas about the way the world works will provide you with the courage to take risks and put yourself in a new environment, among new kinds of people, and new ways of living.

CHALLENGE YOUR BELIEFS

To become a better version of yourself, you must challenge the stories and patterns that no longer serve you. This stage will be the most difficult because self-transformation requires deep reflection and a letting go of disempowering narratives.

GROW

When you identify your life interests and set a new direction, you will begin growing into a new identity. The positive energy and momentum you gain from previous stages will catapult you into a new desired future.

TRANSFORM

With time, effort, and consistent action, you will experience a transformation within yourself and your environment. You will move forward, level up, and do what is essential for your success.

THRIVE

To be your best self, you must be intentional about your daily thoughts, choices, actions, and habits. When you are thriving, you are committed to living your life in alignment with the values that matter to you.

AWAKEN

This final stage is when you will see an evolved version of who you are - a courageous, confident, kind, and ever-growing human being trying to make a significant impact in the world. You understand what it takes to change and you positively influence others on their journeys.

At the heart of Live Your New Story lies a life-changing philosophy: when you choose to follow your inner voice and dreams, you free yourself from the judgement of others and start living your truth. In doing so, success, joy, and happiness begin to flow in your direction.
