Damian Goldvarg, PhD, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach and leadership authority with over thirty years of global experience. As former president of the International Coaching Federation (2013-2014), he has trained thousands of coaches worldwide. Based in Los Angeles but originally from Argentina, Goldvarg brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership development.

He holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, the UN, and major institutions across 50+ countries.
