Integrity Is a Lost Art - Paperback

by Eric Herrstrom (Author)

Major leadership failures rarely are a result of one's lack of competencies, but rather a leader's lack of integrity. Integrity Is a Lost Art is a resource that not only explores the depths of a leader's character and Emotional Intelligence, but it provides a framework for development in one's life. Whether you're a mom, dad, minister, or professional, this is a practical, helpful, and relevant book for you. "Eric has hit a grand-slam homerun with Integrity Is a Lost Art. Most leadership books deal with other issues of leadership, but Eric focuses on the critical issue of character and gives practical suggestions for the believer to continually lead out of who one is and not just what one does." Dr. Jimmy Draper, President Emeritus of LifeWay Christian Resources "Dr. Eric Herrstrom lays out a clear plan for living with character, integrity, and emotional intelligence while developing it in others. Integrity Is a Lost Art shows us that who a person is carries more importance than what a person accomplishes."
