I'm thinking about getting into real estate: A realtor shares his secrets that will help you become successful - Paperback

by Christopher Register (Author)

Working in real estate is one of the most exciting careers available. Rather than being stuck behind a desk, you meet with clients, show properties, and negotiate sales. A college degree isn't necessary, and there are prospects for huge payoffs.

Twelve years ago, author Christopher Register fell in love with the variety and opportunities the real estate business provides. In I'm Thinking about Getting into Real Estate, he shares that passion as he helps readers decide whether the profession is right for them.

Register offers valuable tips on essential topics such as acquiring your license, marketing your business, working with buyers and sellers, investing in properties, and negotiating.

But the book is much more than a guide to the nitty-gritty details of real estate work. Register firmly believes that to succeed as real estate agents, people must face up to their weaknesses and work on personal growth. So he includes advice on learning to think, honing listening skills, following through on decisions, and more. He peppers the book with motivational information and anecdotes from his own life.

Whether you're looking to kick-start a new career or jump-start a stalled one, this guide will put you on the road to success.
