I Think... NOT: Hard Truths and the Lies We Tell Ourselves - Paperback

by Scott W. Brown (Author)

Have you ever stopped to think about where you got your way of thinking? You may believe that your habitual thoughts are inevitable or a correct response to what's going on around you. But the truth is more complicated than that. We unconsciously adopt ways of thinking from family, friends, the media, and other influences we don't recognize. Are you ready for a happy, fulfilling life? Then I Think...NOT is the book for you. With his unique brand of no-nonsense compassion, Scott Brown debunks 26 so-called "truths" that have a profound impact on our lives. With a philosophy deeply rooted in Scott's spiritual life as a Christian, he guides readers to an understanding that although life may be hard, it's not unfair. How you view your life is how you will relate to the outcome. The fundamental principles of I Think...NOT are "You are amazing" and "You are enough." Scott gives you tools and inspiration to overcome the world's negative messages that we are second-best, while introducing you to the opportunity to live a life that breathes positivity. Each of the 26 truths are addressed with a deep dive into Scott's personal experience, as well as with general spiritual principles. Relatable, practical, and life-changing, I Think...NOT embraces the idea that every person has a superpower: the ability to change. Get ready for a new life and a new you, built on a revolutionary perspective!
