Author Biography

Pastor Dan includes in this writing some insights that are useful to keep a Role Playing game alive for a long time and to make good games great. Pastor Dan's Role Playing Campaign has been active for 21 of the last 23 years (aprox.) He plays a number of games and Game masters over a dozen different Role Playing games. Pastor Dan has competed in dozens of Role Playing tournaments at a half dozen different cons going back to when he was fourteen years old. He has run tournaments and individual events for the RPGA (TM), Christian Games Team, and personally. Pastor Dan has completed his Master's degree at Liberty Theological seminary in Evangelism and Church Planting, graduating with honors. Pastor Dan's entire family plays games of various types including Pastor Dan's ongoing First edition D&D(TM) which has now lasted for nearly two and a half decades. Pastor Dan rarely misses Gen Con(TM). New Heights Fellowship has an active Christian games ministry led by Pastor Dan's brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Ron and Becky. Pastor Dan Stevenson is Pastor of New Heights Fellowship Church in Toledo, Ohio. He is a North American Mission Board Church Planter and helped plant New Heights Fellowship. New Heights Fellowship is a church planting church, working to plant four more churches in the Toledo area in the years following this writing. Pastor Dan is married to his Beautiful wife Sherri, has one grown daughter, Allecia who is married to R.J. Allecia has birthed Pastor Dan's two grandchildren. Pastor Dan has three additional children in the home. Amalya, Fifteen is involved in a great deal of extra-curricular activities including cheerleading and marching band. Pastor Dan's two sons are nine and six as of this writing and are incredibly intelligent and active. Everyone herein mentioned is a professing Christian and works near-tirelessly for God in His church.
