BEWARE THE BEAST INSIDE.

Dr. David Bixby has everything to live for, working a fulfilling career and married to a loving wife carrying their first child. But one tragic night shift changes everything when paramedics rush in a gunshot victim afflicted with a strange blood poisoning.

David works furiously to save the man, but fails, earning a bite on his hand for his trouble. The young physician brushes it off as a flesh wound, but he's wrong.

Dead wrong.

Soon David transforms, a primal rewiring of his mind and body. The gentle doctor who once saved lives now battles savage impulses that grow more ferocious each day, struggling with urges he can't understand. Or control.

With the situation growing desperate, a mysterious stranger appears and presents David with an impossible choice.

End his life or turn into a bloodthirsty beast.

With his humanity slipping away and his family's safety hanging in the balance, David must find another way to stop the infection. But in a world where monsters are real, some transformations are permanent.

Time is running out, the full moon is rising. And David Bixby is about to discover the deadliest monster is the one that lurks within.
