Goal Setting: 7 Principles To Achieve Remarkable Success: Using the P.E.R.F.E.C.T strategy to create your future - Paperback

by Stephanie Philp (Author)

It would be nice if setting and achieving a meaningful goal were simple.
In reality, the path usually involves distractions, detours, procrastination, overwhelm, self-doubt - and the occasional urge to give up entirely.

That's where the P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Goal Setting framework comes in.
In this practical and refreshingly down-to-earth book, Stephanie Philp combines mindset, behavioural change, neuroscience, NLP and personal development principles to help readers set goals they genuinely want - and actually follow through with them.

Packed with real-life examples, humour and practical tools, Goal Setting - 7 Principles for Remarkable Success explores why people get stuck, lose motivation, sabotage themselves, or drift away from what matters most.

You'll learn how to:

• overcome procrastination and overwhelm
• maintain motivation and momentum
• deal with distractions and setbacks
• align your thinking and behaviour with your goals
• create goals that stretch and challenge you without burning you out

Written in a conversational and easy-to-follow style, this is a goal-setting book designed to be used in real life - not admired on a shelf.
"If you decide to read just one book on goal setting, this book must be the one."
- Pisey Leng, International Best Selling Author of The Wisdom Seeker
