Glimpses of Atlantis, Bigfoot & Aliens: You Are Not Going Crazy; You Are Awakening - Paperback

by Matthew Alexander (Author)

To combat the stress of life and the numerous physical changes that occur in a person's forties, Matt started meditating. Although he had never been religious or spiritual, meditation and his wife's battle with cancer opened up a new realm of introspection for him. From experiencing intense spiritual battles, such as the Dark Night of the Soul, to astral travel into the depths of inner Earth, to past life regressions involving aliens and humans, Matt's worldview was turned upside down.

Is he losing his mind? Or is he exploring the mysteries of the universe through the exploration of consciousness, and is quantum physics corroborating what shamans and yogis have known for millennia?

Matt journeys through a strange world of unexplainable phenomena. Join him on this adventure as he shares his experiences, tips, and tricks he's learned along the way. From techniques for meditation to chakra activation and methods for shielding your energy and your home, Matt reveals his adventures into the bizarre.
