The author, Belle Motley, has been through the travails of mental depression and anxiety. When she was young, she had a good life, but later on, things became hard. She made mistakes which many commonly make. She started to live beyond her means and slowly lost the essential things in life: relationships and a stable home. At this time, she got lost in active addiction, and the downward spiral continued until she found recovery and began to wake.

A big realization came to her: she needed to make changes. Serious changes. She dared to start making those changes, and lo and behold; her life began to improve. She began meditating and worked towards spiritual awakening. Her experience with signs and symbols is part of this book. They are real-life experiences. She wants to help you make the changes that will allow you to find your true identity, begin to heal and change your life.
