From Captive to Captor: Breaking Free from Fear and Anxiety - Hardcover

by Katie Richards (Author)

For years, author Katie Richards was on a seemingly never-ending ride of fear, worry, anxiety, doubt, and depression. A journey that, though she hated the destination, she seemed to continuously return to. It wasn't until she realized the root of her fears, worries, and doubts that she was able to find freedom. She discovered the root of everything with which she struggled stemmed from the words: "What if?"

In From Captive to Captor, she narrates a personal testimony of freedom from fear and anxiety as well as presents a strategic battle plan for those who currently find themselves captive. From a perspective of someone who was once helpless and without hope in the battle with fear, this guide is a tool for those who want freedom but have no idea where to begin.

From Captive to Captor was born from a place of wanting to provide not only hope to those currently in battle with fear and anxiety, but also the desire to give practical answers of "how to" that sometimes cannot be found. With powerful scriptures, personal testimonies, and counseling techniques combined, Richards offers a light in the darkness and a beacon of hope
