Follow Your Bliss - Paperback

by Holly Rose (Author)

Designing wedding dresses is Rose Guidry's passion, but she'll never wear one down the aisle.

Having learned to never trust a man with her heart, Rose keeps her dating casual and her feelings about love from her clients, including the childhood friend who hired Rose to make her wedding party dresses. It's a great gig to kick off Rose's small business, but since she's back home with her mom after failing to make it big in NYC, she desperately needs a place bigger than her childhood bedroom to work in. Good thing the brother of the bride-Rose's middle school crush-has an apartment to rent attached to the church he's renovating into a home.

Everything's coming up roses for shirtless social media DIYer Jason Soniat: he has a lucrative sponsorship offer from a major tool company, and he's ready to date again after a toxic relationship nearly wrecked his life. But the guilt he feels over how he treated his family during that time makes him vow that the next woman he dates will be mom-approved. Rose may be beautiful inside and out, but her tarot cards, tattoos, and commitment phobia mean she's distinctly mom-disapproved.

When a hurricane threatens, Jason convinces Rose to evacuate with him to Florida where their flirty friendship speeds into a relationship hotter than a day at the beach. But returning home as a couple has rough edges and uneven seams: Jason seems unwilling to tell his family he's dating Rose, reinforcing her belief that all men leave. When the secret slips out and causes family drama, they'll both have to break old patterns if they want to craft a blissful happily ever after.

Packed with humor, double-entendres, and banter, Follow Your Bliss is a spicy, dual-POV adult contemporary romance. Sex positive and fun, it's perfect for fans of Rosie Danan's The Roommate and Tessa Bailey's It Happened One Summer.
