by Steven Budden (Author)

JOIN THE FLOW REVOLUTION "There is wisdom in his words; and also something more- a river of essence subtly calling us back to source." -Jeff Brown, Bestselling author of SoulShaping. *** Are you in pain? Do days, weeks, years slip by, leaving you drained and unfulfilled? Do you struggle with anxiety or depression? There are countless 'self improvement books.' Most of them have one critical flaw; they leave you inspired for a few minutes, or months, but fail miserably when it comes to delivering actual, tangible results. You may be stuck, but not where you think you're stuck. In which case, you've been pouring your energy, time, and resources in the wrong direction. This book can get you back on course. It's like a lighthouse for those at sea. The mind / body separation is a myth that will be challenged with fascinating case studies. What impacts one impacts the other, without exception. Example: if you're depressed or anxious, the body is breaking down; if the body is breaking down, you're depressed or anxious. If you dislike a body part, or a fragment of your being, even unconsciously, you've planted the seed of disease in that part. You've fragmented yourself. Feel incomplete and broken? That's why. Flow will show you how to uproot these seeds before they become massive, knotted trees. You'll read about 'Lucy.' Devastated by her father's death, without knowing it, she was caught in a relationship; she couldn't move forward, and she couldn't get out. Gently tugging at her arm healed it. Stories like these reframe what we believe about consciousness. It is limiting views of consciousness that create symptoms like depression, anxiety, disease. What does a shoulder have to do with love? Her father used to take her by that hand when she was a toddler, to cross the street. He passed away, and his memory was still anchored in that shoulder. Once we released it, tears for her father poured out, and she was able to marry her love soon after. If you tend to argue with partners, chances are there are stories like these between you. Somatic stories. Stories about our parents can block us from loving who is in front of you. But only until you discover them. What are yours? FLOW: An Illuminated Training Manual will help bring these damaging stories to the surface so you can break free, take deep breaths again, and love. This book will help you uncover the brilliant ways you've been sabotage your own growth and healing, and smoothly re-direct into a forward motion. It's a primer for a new way of being in FLOW, a state that dissolves obstacles without effort. This is where relationships touch new depths, and we thrive. Depression, anxiety, and even chronic diseases are transcended and healed. - Your body will thank you. - Your loved ones will thank you. - You'll become an inspiration to those around. - Everything you need to do to move forward will suddenly become clear. If you're still "working on an issue," you're STUCK between a rock and a hard place. The more you push, the more there is to push against. If you were in front of me right now, I'd demonstrate this using your own body. Thousands have already downloaded this book. Hundreds are noticing their consciousness "flip." Once this happens, you can't go through life in the same way. Once the light comes on, it can't be unseen. Let's face it... most people are SLEEPWALKING THROUGH LIFE. That isn't YOU. Read the book today and join your kindred spirits. If you APPLY EVEN ONE of the principles, your LIFE WILL IMPROVE DRAMATICALLY. If you APPLY TWO or THREE, your life will be completely TRANSFORMED. IMAGINE applying ALL TWENTY ONE! Buy Flow: An Illuminated Training Manual now, and discover the BEAUTY of MOVING FORWARD. Welcome to FLOW.
