Florida Inshore Angler: Back Country to Open Bay - Situational Methodology - Paperback

by Allen Applegarth (Author)

***PLEASE NOTE**** This book is a new and unique approach to saltwater fishing, and a first of its kind, so If you're looking for a book filled with diagrams, fish ID pictures, or hot spots, this is not it. Though I did include some situational images (about 24) when it was necessary to help with the topic, it is a very informative book that will teach you how to find those fish by knowing what motivates and moves them around. So, before you comment that this book lacks hot spots or pictures, please understand that this book in its entirety is designed to give you a fish-eye point of view. ***LAND AND BOAT*** For land based anglers, you'll find it to be complete for fishing bridges, piers, jetties, surf, seawalls, marina's, and more! The entirety of the information contained in this book is applicable to all aspects of fishing from a boat and land, and most sections have both scenarios. ***COVERAGE*** Because inshore saltwater fish are "all" creatures of instinct and habit, the details in this book are applicable to those fishing anywhere in the country where your target species is found, as they all have the same instinctual patterns regardless of geographical location and slight differences in the environment. The instincts of a redfish in Florida are the same as those in Louisianan, Texas, and North Carolina, with perhaps very slight modifications in approach due to water clarity, pressure, etc. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Situational Methodology for Florida Saltwater Fishing - Focusing on structure, weather, and seasons to dictate where the fish will be and when they will be there. Forget learning the bio's for each fish, learn their instinctual patterns and you'll follow them like a shadow anytime of the year, and under any conditions, in any body of water. You'll never need to ask anyone for a fishing spot again once you understand how to find the fish using my situational methodologies. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Structure - Stop wasting valuable time fishing dead water zones! I'll show you how to fish the 10% of water that holds fish, whether it be a back water eddy on the river, a beachfront seawall, a mangrove system, oyster bar, grass flats, etc., you'll always be in the 10% catching fish! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Your GPS to the Fish - Whether the fish are camping out in the backwater marshes, basking on the beaches, ripping up the mangroves, nestled up in a river hole, or anything in between, the details in this book will lead you to the fish under any condition. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Catch Fish Like the Pros - Not many of us can fish three to five days a week like the pros do, but knowing the details in this book will put you on them 24/7, even when you aren't fishing every day and have no clue where the fish are! This book does not provide fishing locations, as it's not meant for that, but once you learn the methods of finding fish as I show you throughout, you'll never need to ask anyone again. It's not rocket science, but there is a method. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________This book was written by pulling my deepest knowledge and experience, with the goal of giving you a new approach to our great sport.
