de Transgénero a Transformada (Transgender to Transformed) - Paperback

by Laura Perry Smalts (Author)

Today's culture is drowning in the lies of the "I was born this way" ideology, which claims that desires and feelings cannot be changed or overridden. From Transgender to Transformed tells the story of Laura Perry, a former transgender, who believed those same lies and was determined not to go back to being a woman no matter what it cost her. And it did cost her. Like many who feel trapped in the wrong body, Laura "transitioned" to the opposite sex through irreversible surgeries, hormone injections and a legal name change. However, despite her initial elation at living as a man, her new identity did not bring her the peace and fulfillment she longed for. Realizing that he was living a lie, what promised itself as freedom became a prison cell.
