Author Biography

Charles Soule is a New York-based, #1 New York Times-best-selling novelist, comic book writer, musician, and former attorney. While he has worked for DC and other publishers, he is best known for writing Daredevil, She-Hulk, Death of Wolverine, and various Star Wars comics from Marvel Comics (Star Wars, The Rise of Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, Poe Dameron, Lando and more), and his creator-owned series Eight Billion Genies and Curse Words (with Ryan Browne), Undiscovered Country (with Scott Snyder & Giuseppe Camuncoli), Letter 44 (with Alberto Jimenez Alburquerque) and the Shrouded College series (with Will Sliney), which began with Book I: Hell to Pay in November 2022.

His first novel, The Oracle Year, was released in April 2018 by the Harper Perennial imprint of HarperCollins. His second novel, Anyone was released in November 2019. His third original novel, The Endless Vessel, arrived in June 2023.

Charles is a creative consultant for Lucasfilm, Ltd, and one of the founding architects of STAR WARS: THE HIGH REPUBLIC, a multi-platform Star Wars saga kicked off by his #1 New York Times' best-selling novel Light of the Jedi, released in January 2021. In addition, he worked as the legal consultant for the 2022 Disney+ television She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law.

Christos Gage sold his first screenplay in 1997 and has been working steadily ever since; he started writing comics in 2004 with DC's Deadshot miniseries, featuring the sharpshooting antihero from Suicide Squad. He then began co-writing Avengers: The Initiative with Dan Slott, which led to him becoming the sole writer on the book and its successor, Avengers Academy. His additional Marvel credits include Civil War: Casualties of War, House of M: Avengers, Iron Man, Union Jack and World War Hulk: X-Men, as well as a prominent run on X-Men: Legacy.

Stefano Landini was born in Sassuolo, Italy, in 1977 and began his career as a graphic and fashion designer. He has been a professional cartoonist for over ten years, turning his passion into a job. Landini has worked for both Marvel and DC Comics on titles such as Fear Itself, House of Mystery and Black Hand. He has been a finisher for penciler Giuseppe Camuncoli on Heralds of Galactus, Jonah Hex, Hellblazer and 52. Landini's collaboration with Camuncoli continued on Maori for Ankama and Pontiac for Mu Wing.

Having begun his career on G.I. Joe, Eisner Award-nominated artist Ron Garney is known for well-received runs on Captain America and Amazing Spider-Man. He has teamed with writer Jason Aaron on Wolverine, Wolverine Weapon X and Ultimate Captain America. Garney has also contributed design work to such films as Will Smith's I Am Legend and Nicolas Cage's The Sorcerer's Apprentice. His later Marvel work includes Uncanny X-Force and a collaboration with Charles Soule on Daredevil. Garney reunited with Aaron on Thor: God of Thunder and then the creator-owned Men of Wrath for Marvel's Icon imprint.
