Author Biography

Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth
Nancy grew up in a home where Christ and His Word were revered and at the heart of everyday life and conversation. While she was still a young girl, the Lord gave her a deep love for Scripture and an eagerness to share it with others. At the age of eight, she gladly agreed when asked to fill in for her third grade Sunday school teacher and then to teach a lesson for her church's Vacation Bible School. She has never gotten over the wonder of the great privilege it is to "study, obey, and teach" His Word (see Ezra 7:10).

Today, Nancy is a Bible teacher and author whose passion is to encourage women to discover the joy of getting into God's Word and getting God's Word into them. As the founder of Revive Our Hearts (in 2001), Nancy faithfully continues to teach the Scriptures, inviting women to experience personal heart revival through her two daily audio programs--Revive Our Hearts and Seeking Him.

Nancy has authored more than twenty-five books and Bible studies, including Lies Women Believe: And the Truth that Sets Them Free, and Adorned: Living Out the Beauty of the Gospel Together. Her books have been translated into over thirty-five languages and have sold more than five million copies.

Nancy's husband, Robert, is the General Editor of the CSB Men's Daily Bible (Holman Bibles). Married in 2015, Nancy and Robert live in southwest Michigan.
