As a C-level executive, FABIANA LACERCA-ALLEN has led global teams in the development and management of comprehensive compliance strategies and initiatives at Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Lacerca-Allen is recognized for her ability to build compliance-based cultures and provide legal guidance to international leaders and boards. She is regularly sought out for crisis and risk management advice, and she influences leading companies on critical matters including product approval, commercialization, FDA and OIG compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Throughout her career, Fabiana Lacerca-Allen has taken the lead to negotiate, implement, and carry out corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, and consent decrees. She is often asked to carry out security training and offers mentoring and advice to many professionals. Originally from Argentina, Lacerca-Allen resides in California with her husband and three children.
