Comatised - Paperback

by Amanda Leigh Allen (Author)

What if you made the life for yourself that you had dreamed of since you were little? Starting a family with a wonderful spouse, having a good career and living in a nice house are some things that many long for while others take for granted, but not Jena-Mari Lindell. Jena-Mari was so very grateful for her life with her husband, Preston and their 3-year-old daughter, Graciela. Until one day her whole world came crashing down when she discovered that only half of her life was true and the other half never existed. A few years earlier, Jena-Mari was in a car accident that left her in a coma. For 3 years she dreamt her normal life in her coma and lived it every day with one big difference, she dreamt up an imaginary daughter. A comatisation level 3 was what she endured. Waking up to find out that her daughter never existed was the equivalent to actually losing a child because comatisation mimics a real life with real feelings in one's brain. Jena-Mari had to grieve and mourn the loss of an imaginary daughter, while trying not to neglect her husband. He has missed her for 3 years, and for him it felt like they were dating again but to Jena-Mari, she saw him every day in her coma so how could she miss him too? A lot will change in 3 years. Jena-Mari knew that in order to achieve her goal, which was to get back to being the woman she was before the accident so she and Preston can really start a family, that she would have to fight hard, trust in God and believe in herself. With the shocking twists and turns that come to light, you get a glimpse into the mysterious ways that God can work and realize what fate will do to make sure you're united with your destiny. You will not believe the ending.
