Cat Songs: Songs to Sing to your Cat and other feline favourites - Paperback

by Kristina Patmore (Author), Cameron Hinde (Author)

Research has shown that singing to your cat is common practice and indicates a normal and healthy human-feline relationship. However, such performances are typically spontaneous, poorly structured, incoherent, or even tuneless!

We felt it was time to improve this situation for our long-suffering felines and their families and have compiled a selection of inspirational songs set to popular tunes honouring all that is "Cat".

Whether invigorating your idle old tom with 'A Pinchful of Catnip', acknowledging hardships with 'Vets Today', or celebrating your feline's generosity with 'Disembowelment Rhapsody', you will find a song to fit every whiskered occasion.

Author Biography

This book was written by two hopeless cat fanatics with the help of Rupert, our rather large and fluffy Siberian forest cat. We humans have been singing together with our cats (rather haphazardly) for many years and it finally felt like time to organise, refine and share some of our musical creations with fellow cats and cat lovers.
