Why read another book about prayer?

As you ponder the question, also consider these: What is unique about the prayer noted in St. Luke chapter 11? Why did Jesus instruct the disciples to pray in this manner? Did you know that prayer in that manner transforms you into the image of Christ? As much as we know about prayer, there is yet more to learn. In each book there is confirmation, affirmation, and validation. With each reading, something is revealed that was not revealed before.

More specifically, God makes known more about Himself, His kingdom, and how we can have unbroken fellowship with Him. Read this book to gain additional insight regarding the necessity and value of prayer. Read to affirm the proper use of prayer. Read to acquire additional strategies for effective communication with the Heavenly Father. Understand that prayer affords you unlimited access to the Father. It also provides the vehicle for God to release from heaven what you and all the earth need.

Lastly, read and comprehend the principles set forth in the model prayer. Learn to shift from just sending up words of petition to ascending into the presence of God for transformation. Now is the time to pray with purpose and on purpose. The five guides presented in this writing will assist you in the strategic expression of prayer. Pray and let the ascent begin!
