The ARAI HELMETS Signet-X Robotik Blue Helmet combines innovative design with advanced safety features tailored for riders with narrow heads and pronounced foreheads. Its long oval shape is achieved by increasing the front-to-back space of the EPS liner while reducing side-to-side dimensions, offering a custom fit that enhances comfort and stability during rides. The helmet's shell employs a Peripherally Belted - Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) design, which integrates multiple materials and techniques to deliver a lightweight yet durable structure that withstands impact energy effectively.
Equipped with the Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism, this helmet allows for intuitive shield operation with a larger latch that also helps prevent accidental opening. The VAS system lowers the pivot point by approximately 24 mm, resulting in a smoother surface in the temple area that reduces impact transfer and enhances safety. The VAS-Max Vision (MV) shield is compatible with the VAS-MV Pinlock® lens, with the included Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ lens providing excellent fog resistance and clarity.
Airflow is optimized through QVF three-position intake vents and QVR exhaust ducts, ensuring excellent ventilation even when the front shutter is closed. The side vent functions as an exhaust, contributing to effective heat dissipation. The helmet also features FCS® cheek pads, contoured and supported by multiple foam layers and a foam “spring,” which cradle the face while minimizing wind noise. The water-repellent, removable ES chin cover not only enhances the helmet's egg-shaped profile but also increases exhaust from the mouth area, improving comfort and airflow.
The interior liner is made from odor-resistant material that inhibits bacteria buildup, keeping the helmet fresher for longer periods.
