Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide - Paperback

by Natasha Daniels (Author)

Is anxiety dominating your child's life? Are they refusing to do long anxiety workbooks for children or teens that sit on the shelf and collect dust?

As a child and teen anxiety therapist I have seen that glazed look first hand. As a parent raising three kids with anxiety, I know how frustrating that can be. As a recovering anxious person, I get the battle first hand.

That is why I took all the skills I teach kids in my private practice (and the ones I use for my own anxiety) and put them in a quick, fun, straight-to-the-point anxiety self-help book for children and teens.

If your child is 9 years old or 19 years old, this quick, simple book can arm them with all the foundational knowledge they'll need to improve anxiety.

Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide is short and to the point. You are welcome. Have them read it. Practice it. Repeat.

Kids don't want to read long, boring books on child or teen anxiety. In my practice parents would often ask for a book on childhood anxiety. I would provide them. They would buy them. The kids would never read them.

Trust me, I know. I asked the kids.

I finally decided to write my own book that is short, to the point and offers a death blow to the anxiety dictator living in their head. A book I knew kids would be able to get through in one or two sittings. A book they might actually read.

A book that would teach kids how their little dictator ruled their mind and tricked them into making their anxiety grow. And finally, a book that would help them develop mad skills to counterattack their dictator and show anxiety who is boss.

This book is perfect for any child or teen ages 9 and up. All kids being bullied by anxiety should be armed with skills this book provides. Every parent raising an anxious kid should read this and gain insight into what their kids are going through each day.
