All That I Had: A true story of real life abundance! - Paperback

by Kathy Ann Corse (Author), Corse (Author)

All That I Had is inspired by the true story of Catherine, a woman who has lived her entire life without financial wealth, yet believes she has lived a life of true abundance, rich in faith, love, gratitude & service. The heart of the story takes place decades ago, just before Chritmas, during a season of profound hardship. With no money, Catherine quietly sells her engagement ring, the only thing she owns of financial value, to help her family survive. She never expects to see it again. Years later, in a deeply compelling and unexpected way, the ring returns to her, completing a powerful circle of sacrifice, faith & grace. That defining act, giving away all that she had, becomes the spiritual & emotional foundation for her life, thus the title of the story. Today, Catherine is 102 years old, mentally sharp, deeply loved & unwavering in her faith in God. Remarkably, she continues to help care for her adult son who has cerebral palsy, embodying a lifetime of devotion, humility & quiet strength.
