Add 10 Years to Your Life - Paperback

by William Campbell Douglass (Author)

To add ten years to your life, you need more than just a good doctor. You need to have the right attitude about health and an understanding of the health industry and what it's feeding you. Following the established line on many health issues could make you very sick or worse!Take for instance the cardiologist for the Boston Celtics, Dr. W. Thomas Nessa. At 48, he was the picture of health. He followed the line on nutrition, exercise (he ran the Boston Marathon several times), and medical care. That is, until he dropped dead of a heart attack - the very thing he was trained to prevent.Basically, you've got to take responsibility for your health. In the pages that follow, you'll begin to take the steps necessary to avoid the same fate as Dr. Nessa. And rest assured that, because of the vast amount of misinformation in the health field, we're working hard to provide you with all the "right stuff" to help you live a long, healthy life.Through the years, my newsletters has helped thousands of people achieve dynamic health and what follows is sort of a "best of" my past newsletters. I'm sure you'll find many valuable - and many helpful - items in the pages that follow. We want you to add at least ten years to your life.William Campbell Douglass, MD
