A Class In Life Extension: A Primer for Extending your Life - Paperback

by Bob Guth (Author)

This 2022 edition is a total rewrite and the 4th revision of the original published manuscript. It is far more comprehensive and the practices and process for life extension have been rewritten so that they are easier to follow and work with so that they have more power to help you extend your life. And they have been reorganized into three major sections: Beginning Life Extension, Intermediate Life Extension, and Advanced Life Extension. And your natural life span potential of 140 to 150 years is repeatedly emphasized in all of the three major sections. Going beyond 140 to 150 years into real life extension is the theme of the second major section. And many visualization-mediation exercises, and many life extension practices of the masters for reaching for an immortality of sorts of 200 to 300 and even up to 500 years are covered in the third major section. A glimpse of how future humans live in a world that is far more benevolent in their day than it is in our day is given along with many affirmations and visualization-meditations to work on to become more like them so that we can enjoy in our day a more benevolent world, and a happier more fulfilling life, and have an expectation that we too are going to live much longer and extend our own lives.
